Description

Should you catch her eye, Ainslee has a gaze that's sharp and measuring, eyes brown and narrow, set off by her olive complexion. She keeps her dark hair short, often pulled back into a stubby 'tail, with chunks hanging loose and straight about her face, framing a prominent nose, strong jaw and rounded chin. She's not terribly tall, but her good posture makes the most of it, accenting wide shoulders and a build that has athletic potential.

History

The result of a brief affair, Ainslee grew up in Igen Weyr, fostered in the lower caverns at the insistence of her father, who wanted to keep her upbringing clear of "Bazaar nonsense." She eventually ended up a seamstress - though she has no particular talent for fancy needlework, the girl can hem skirts for days. She has a multitude of half-siblings and foster-sibs, and alternates between mothering the younger ones, and hiding from all of them on a quest for peace and quiet.
