Description

Red hair curls in ringlets from this cheerful and impassioned teen's head. Her golden-brown eyes are expressive, with a slender nose settled between and a small smattering of freckles across the bridge. She has already begun showing some of her transition into a young lady, going from stick to budding curves, and her size is relatively middle ground, standing at about five-foot-four.

A light tunic of sky blue wraps about her frame, sitting long over torso and leaving her arms exposed. The breathable cloth is tied to her waist by a natural leather belt. Her pants are made of equally light material, comfortable in the summer months, and in a soft khaki color. Simple leather boots are at her feet, tied to her ankles, protecting her feet from the harsh sand of the environment.

Common Knowledge

• She was born in the Oldtime from High Reaches Hold Headwoman Sevilyn, and her husband Illianu, one of several children before she was sent off to the Now. She's now technically an orphan.
• Rather a spoiled child, she's started being a little more reasonable as she's grown.
• Quite respectful to people in positions of power, or at least she tries to be. Uses ranks almost religiously. This can sometimes feel like kissing-up.

Relationships

• Illianu - Father. Despite her father's rather aloof nature and lack of any sort of outward appearance of affection towards her or her family, she "gets" him more than anyone else in the family. She has finally re-discovered her father, who also had been swept up to the Now, but he still hides in secrecy.
• Mai - An acquaintance, but getting to know her. Tough girl.
• R'mar - Great-great-great* Nephew and brownrider at Igen Weyr. She's slowly learning of their relation.
• Sadaiya - Friendly and fun interactions with the Weyrwoman so far. Hopefully she will stay on her good side?
• Thenan - Best friend at Igen, and unfortunately someone she has a crush on. Craft apprenticeships what they are, though, she's behaving.

History

Oldtimer and first child of Sevilyn, the Headwoman of High Reaches Hold, and Illianu, her husband. The family was large, and being the eldest daughter, she had full intention of following in her mother's footsteps to help with Hold administration. This may have been due to her young age that she idolized her mother. However, when the opportunity to avoid calamity hit, her parents decided that they would at least ensure one of their offspring definitely survived and they elected the eldest. This shook up the child's world as she was jolted forward.

She became essentially an Oldtimer orphan, mooching off of Igen Weyr, which took her in. At twelve Turns of age, she no longer wanted that title for herself, and she sought apprenticeship with the Harpercraft.
