This largely empty weyr has a bed, small chest of drawers, mirror and a desk placed at precise points to optimize the space. Along one wall is a cork board to which is pinned a variety of charts, and diagrams of Thread and wing formations. There's a door that leads to the ledge with a three pegs next to it, from which are hung riding straps, jacket, and three rucksacks. Across the door hangs a light curtain to afford a bit more privacy, across from this door is another door that leads into a private bath. A mat on the ledge side of the door has a pair of riding boots, a pair of soft soled shoes, and a small box lined up along it. There's a chair under which the box is supposed to be, and in the box is a variety of slippers. Wipe your feet, put the slippers on, and leave the shoes outside the weyr.

On the ledge Kestrath sleeps. Content in the flight result, and content to rest curled along Tsiroth. At least for now. Inside Agertha lays sprawled across her bed, an arm and leg over some weight that usually isn't there. She comes awake slowly, and peeks over the edge of her bed to the floor where she sees a pair of slippers. Wait, did she actually remember to take her boots off? Huh. Guess childhood training does become muscle memory.

Tsiroth is in no rush, if Kestrath is amicable to his company. He won't crowd the green but is comfortably curled around her as he, too, sleeps. Just as Va'os sleeps off the flight, equally as sprawled across Agertha's bed and oblivious to the world. He's not even aware of her leg and arm over him, even as he shifts but does not wake yet — he's getting there, though! Slowly, but surely.

Agertha blinks at the pair of slippers, then at the strewn clothing from inner weyr entrance to bed. She's still baffled. The slippers are kept in a box under a chair just on the ledge side of the entrance. A point of constant arguements with her weyrmates. Flight plus catch, and here Agertha has moved so that she can better see the floor as she counts on her fingers, this does not add up. She finally pulls herself onto the bed, and looks over to see, "Oh," not anyone she knows, and the sleepy response from Kestrath is that the man beside her is Va'os from Southern.

It's her movement that finally rouses Va'os enough that he's groggily "awake". It actually takes him several seconds before the rest of his sluggish thoughts catch up with the present moment. Glowing green, Tsiroth chasing… Tsiroth catching! That has him muttering something unintelligible under his breath, mixed with a slight groan as he scrubs at his face and props himself up on one arm. "Hey," This isn't awkward, right? He looks up at her, from under heavily lidded eyes. Yep, still waking up!

"Hello," Agertha offers in return, "Bath's through there if you'd like one," she says pointing towards her bath. Yes, someone really did luck out with her weyr assignment, "I'll get some klah," and she's sitting up as she speaks, slipping her feet into ths slippers she's still trying to figure out how they got by the bed.

Unaware of the mystery with the slippers, Va'os is too caught up on her mentioning the bath. For a moment he looks confused. He's… not really wanting to do a walk of "shame" (no shame here) to the public baths but then it dawns on him. "You have one of your own?" Pardon his awed exclamation. And maybe some envy! So of course he has to go take up her offer, even if just for an excuse of checking it out. It'll give them both some time too, to regroup — or at least Va'os will take the time to sort've recalibrate.

Agertha nods as she moves to her hearth to start klah, "I was very fortunate when I was assigned this weyr," she picks up a child's toy, and tucks it back into its spot in the toy chest, "Take your time," she says before she asks, "Do you like sweetner in your klah?" if the answer is yes, she'll have to send Gigan to the kitchens to pinch some.

"No kidding! I had to completely furnish mine," Va'os mumbles, while getting to his feet and not seeming to worry about modesty by this point. He's not without SOME sense of manners however and will at least find his pants and slip them back on before just helping himself to her weyr's luxury. "Nah. Just black is fine for me…" He flashes a quick grin her way, then juts a thumb. "That way?" To the baths. If the answer is yes, he'll disappear for a good few minutes before returning and looking refreshed, if not a little more alert.

"Yes," Agertha answers, after she gives a quick glance in the direction he's indicated, "My children may have left some of their toys in there, so please be careful," she hasn't had the chance to clean that room yet, "There's bath slippers if you're so inclined," she's coming to slowly realize that not everyone has her sensibilities, so she won't even mention the bathing buckets.

"Children!?" That'll be Va'os' second exclamation in such a short period of time. He might freeze for a moment, until he's assured said children are NOT present or will be crashing anytime soon. He'll resist the urge to play with any toys too. Sure, he's a grown adult but he's still a kid at heart (read: slightly immature)! It takes him a moment to puzzle out the washing buckets but only makes a slight mixup of things. He at least picks up on her hint about the slippers. On his return, he has no towel, but he's dressed in his pants again and shirtless… for only as long as it takes for him to find where he'd mindlessly discarded it. Anything he finds of Agertha's is neatly set aside. "Agertha, right?" Not at all awkward to start conversation now! And the name is dutifully supplied to him by a sleep-groggy Tsiroth.

Agertha gives a chuckle at the exclamation, "They're with their father. He generally takes them when Kes goes quiet. I get," jumpy? "stand offish," jumpy, "when Kestrath goes full quiet proddy," at least she has a tell that has never let her down, "Here, it may be a little strong, but I figure that's probably not such a bad thing right now," a nod is given when Va'os asks her name, "Va'os, and bronze Tsiroth?" ah yes, she at least sounds more relaxed than Va'os. It could be the fact that Kestrath has yet to allow the same dragon catch her more than once. This in spite of Agertha being happily weyrmated.

Va'os relaxes a little when she confirms that there are, in fact, no young children about. Not that he doesn't like children! Just… not right now. Too many awkward questions! "Ahh. So you have some warning, when she's about to rise!" Is that a blessing or curse? He doesn't ask, but he does give a murmur of thanks when she brings him some klah. It's a lot more than he expected, really. "Yep!" A grin to follow her correct use of his and Tsiroth's name. "Southern Weyr. We'd just come up this way to visit again. Change of, heh… plans, I guess."

Agertha laughs at that. Agertha had taken the time while Va'os was in the bath to dress in a light dressing gown, "I think it's helpful to know," she has warning, and she knows there are greenriders that don't get that, "Just towards the end, before she goes up," a light shudder, "The slightest sound makes me jump," which would be why toddlers are with their father rather than her.

Va'os' grin broadens when he at least gets a laugh out of Agertha and while he gives her an obvious look over in that light dressing gown, he's not getting too fresh here. "Sounds kind of frustrating to deal with," he admits, over the rim of his mug just before taking a sip. He won't chug the klah either, lounging as he grows more comfortable in her presence and just sticking to casual (safe) conversation, but the moment Tsiroth starts to wake and he can hear the always present music playing in the background of the bronze's mind, he knows it's time to go. Before he either makes an ass of himself or the bronze pisses off Kestrath. Cue a hasty reason to excuse himself (mostly the need to get back to Southern — yay timezones?) and Va'os is gathering the last of his things, thanking her for the klah and just… taking his leave before it all gets super awkward.

It was a pleasant waking, and after all things considered. Agertha nods, and accepts Va'os farewell. She has some more tidying up to do before she sends word to Try'stan that it's safe to bring the twins home again. But first, she'll sleep some more.
