Subject: Burrows? In the South?!

Following a light Threadfall over the Feline Plains on the 10th day of the 11th month (that's IC today!), the groundcrew and sweep riders report back to the Weyr that there were an unusually high number of active burrows. What's more, they actually seem to be doing things. Like, bad things.

Similar reports come in three days later after a fall over Aster Cothold, then three days after that over Western Seahold, and so on. It's nothing to be alarmed about (YET), but it's a little weird that the grubs aren't devouring the burrows fast enough to prevent damage to crops. Definitely something to keep an eye on.
