Subject: Babies and Blooms!

That's right: the weyrlings of Khalyssrielth and Caelth's clutch - super cute, super sweet, super innocent weyrlings - are hoppin' right along towards their graduation events! Of course that event merits a shindig at the weyr, and K'ane - as always - has organized a little tete-a-tete in the cavernous (but much warmer) locale of the Harper's Solarium to memoralize the event of these sweet little babies getting to step up and be the first line of defense against face-eating alien acid! Because that's what you do, duh.

Incidentally, it won't be the only shindig in town: down at the Hold, a charming venue in the middle of winter, the Farmercraft has declared a unique showing of hydroponic fascinations: a Winter Blooming brought thanks to the warmth of the Hold's hot springs. It's sure to be a destination event — rumor has it that more than one major Holder family will be in attendance.

Surely nothing terrible will happen during either of these events. Surely all will go well… right?

Well, you'll have to show up to find out! (HINT: this IS Southern, just think about it.) Mark your calendars: kickoff will be at 9am PST / 11am CST / 12pm EST THIS Saturday … August 8th!
